10 Level Office Building & 2 Level Basement Carparking.

Designed by Gray Puksand, the building bridges the fine-grain character of Richmond and the newer commercial buildings along Church Street. Its podium picks up the rhythm and scale of the street in crafted, long-lasting materials, while the glazed upper levels step back to bring more light and views to tenants. The ground floor has retail and hospitality opening onto the street, with laneway access for pedestrians and cyclists, and landscaped terraces above the podium give tenants outdoor space to gather. The design follows Healthy Building principles for occupant wellbeing.
