The commuter carpark replaces ground-level station parking on Fletcher Road, beside Frankston Station, and includes accessible car spaces, CCTV and lighting, secure bike parking and anti-graffiti measures. It ties into the pedestrian, cycling and vehicle connections around the station, with new paths, bluestone paving, trees and planting across the surrounding area. Designed by MGS Architects.
